First Step

The first step is to turn off all electrical supplies to the furnace. This will prevent you from an electrical injury or risk. Next, go to the circuit breaker switch, which is labeled by ‘Furnace’ or ‘Heating system’, and now, flip this switch into ‘Off’. Now, move to the second step.

Second Step

Now, come to your furnace’s control panel. If your furnace is of downflow model then, the panel could be located on the bottom, and if it is of upflow model then, the panel could be located on the top. Now, lift the panel up and away from the appliance once you find it. Next, move to the third step.

Third Step

As a third step, examine the furnace’s outer components and look for a raised button, which is the Limit control switch. Additionally, you can switch to the right of the ignition control box. 

Fourth Step

Now, when you find the Limit control switch, press and release this. This will reset your Lennox furnace.

Final Step

Attach all the electrical wires or switch ON the electricity back and return to the electrical panel. Now, switch the ‘Furnace’ or ‘Heating System’ to the ON position. That’s all.
