Restart your device after doing a power cycle

Detach all the power cables from your TV and wait for 5 minutes at least. Now, plug all the cables and restart the TV and check if the error is appearing or not.

Internet Device and DNS settings

Maybe your internet speed and the wrong DNS settings cause the error code 101. So checking speed and changing DNS settings may help. 

To change DNS settings- Press Menu button-> Networks-> Network Status-> IP Settings-> Go to DNS Settings-> Select enter manually option-> Enter 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 and click on Yes. Now, reboot your smart tv and check for the error.

Reset Smart Hub

Reset the smart hub by following steps:

  • Go to the Settings menu of your TV.
  • Select Support option.
  • Now, choose the device care option and then select Device Diagnosis.
  • Click on the Reset Smart Hub option, and enter the pin (0000) when asked to enter.
  • Now, click the OK button, and that’s it.
