How to Fix Instagram Notes Feature Not Showing
To fix Instagram’s notes not showing issue, update/reinstall the app and get the latest version of the app.
Join the Instagram beta on the Play Store (Android users only).
You can wait as this feature might not be available in your account yet.
Update/Reinstall Instagram App
You might not be able to see the new feature “Instagram Notes” because you are using an older version of the app. Updating/reinstalling the app may solve your problem.
- Open Play/App Store.
- Search for “Instagram.”
- Once appear, tap to install the latest and updated version of the app.
- You can also uninstall and then reinstall the app, this will automatically install the newest version of the Instagram app.
Join Instagram Beta on Play Store (Only Android Phones)
- Open Play Store.
- Search for “Instagram.”
- Open its page and scroll down.
- Tap on “Join” under the “Join the beta” option.
- Now, you can access newly introduced features before regular users.
Note: The new entries to the program may be restricted if the slots for new entries are not vacant.
Wait and Report The Issue
Wait until the feature comes to your account. Sometimes, the features might be down hence you might need to wait a while till developers resolve the problem.
In the meantime, you can report the issue to Instagram.
- Launch the app on your phone.
- Shake your phone twice or thrice.
- Tap on the “Report a problem” button from the appeared popup.
- Describe your problem and send the report.
