Try resetting your network connection by restarting your router/modem. Also, unplug your router from all cables and wires, leave it for 5 minutes, and turn it on.
Sign Out and Sign Back In
Sometimes, authentication of your account may fail, resulting in webmail not working. Sign out and sign back in to provide a new authentication request.
- Open Coxinet Mail Settings and navigate to the Preferences tab.
- Next, go to the account and click on the Hyphen (-) button.
- Fill up your credentials and click on Continue.

Change Port Number
Change the port number to resolve the SSL error. Open Settings > Go to Preferences > Navigate to Account > Click on Advanced options > Remove port 995 and uncheck the SSL checkbox > Replace it with port 110 and check SSL > Save settings and exit.
Clear DNS Cache and Change Settings
Open the command prompt as an administrator, type these commands one by one, and hit the enter button –
See if the issue is resolved or not.
If the webmail is still not working, switch to Google’s public DNS records which are – 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206.
Clear Your Borwser’s Cache & Cookies Data
