Clear Windows Store Cache using WSReset.exe 

  • Open the run dialog box.
  • Type “cmd” in the search bar.
  • Press Control + Shift + Enter.
  • This combination will open the Command prompt as an administrator.
  • Now, type WSReset.exe in the prompt and hit the Enter button to execute the command.

Wait until the command executes completely. After that, restart your computer and try whatever you was doing.
