To soft reset your device, follow these simple steps:

  1. Press and hold down the power button on your device for a few seconds.
  2. From the Power Menu, tap on “Restart” and wait a bit.
  3. After a few seconds, your Kindle device will restart and help resolve any lag issues.

How to Hard Reset a Frozen Kindle?

If your Kindle’s touchscreen is not responding or the device is completely frozen, then hard resetting it might help get it back to normal. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Press and hold down the power button on your device for a few seconds.
