To factory reset your HP laptop (Windows 11/10) without a password, you can use Windows Login Options, Windows Recovery, or HP Recovery Manager.
Using any one of these three methods, you can easily factory reset your laptop, and you won’t need a password to do so.

Method 1: Using Windows Login Options
If you have Windows 11 or 10, you may find an option to access the Troubleshoot and reset option without logging in.
- Open your HP Laptop and Turn it On.
- Once the Windows login screen appears, press and hold the shift button on your keyboard, and then click on the Power button.
- The next window will open, click on Reset this PC.

- While your laptop is turning On, press the F11 key continuously.

- On the next window, select the “Recovery Manager” option.
- Next, select “Recover without backing up your files.”
- Complete the process by following the on-screen instructions.
