Restart the Device

Turn ON/OFF Airplane Mode
If the issue is due to connectivity, turning ON/OFF the airplane mode may resolve it. Doing this will reset your cellular connection. To reset your cellular connection, tap on airplane mode on your device and turn it ON now, wait for 10 seconds and then turn OFF it.
Now, launch the application again and check if the location is appearing or not.
Clear Cache and App Data
Corrupted app cache may also cause the issue and the myAudi app may stop showing your car location. So, clearing the app cache could be the next step to fixing the “myAudi App Not Showing Car Location.” issue.

Next, find the button above the knob that is in the middle of the panel and press and hold it with the setup button. Now, while keeping both the prior two buttons pressed, find the third button that is at the top right side of the knob and press and hold it also.
So, you have to press three buttons together- The setup button, the button above the knob, and the button right side of the knob.
When you press and hold these three buttons, you will see a message that confirms the reset process.
After completing the process, see if the location is started appearing in the app or not.
Reinstall the myAudi App
